CELMOLLIS SB03 is an oily gelling agent that provides a thickening effect while maintaining high transparency to varies oils which were difficult up to now. While it has fluidity, it can prepare oil gel with elasticity like jelly. It can be used in transparent oil mist formulation by adjusting the amount added.
